While dinosaurs ruled the land, huge prehistoric reptiles dominated the oceans. Come dive in with us to get up close and hands-on with some of the animals showcased in the temporary Sea Monsters exhibition. Using Auckland Museum’s own handling collection, learners will travel back in time to investigate and explore some of the sea reptiles that conquered Aotearoa’s oceans millions ofyears ago.

After, enter the amazing touring exhibition filled with displays featuring prehistoric ocean predators and over a dozen hands-on interactives.
