Explore Pacific storytelling through objects, sound, and movement. 

Learn about the story of Rat and Octopus and how it inspired the invention of the fishing octopus lure. Discover how Māui brought fire to the world.

Learning Outcomes

Learners will:

· Explore the differences between a myth and legend

· Understand the importance and the purpose of storytelling in Pacific cultures

· Identify how myths and legends can help us understand a culture


Please note: minimum 20 students, maximum 30 students per session
